Colmena Enterprises is a multi-discipline Permaculture Farm located in the foothills of the Great Western Tiers in Northern Tasmania.

Our focus is to produce beautiful organic food by working with synergies between natural elements, plants, animals, insects and soil, and combining them efficiently to maximise their effect on one another so all can express themselves to their maximum splendour.

It is our focus on the soil and synergies which we believe creates the best, freshest, most nutrient dense and of course flavoursome food you can eat.
